49ers vs Bears; Bears prove to be the huge underdogs
When the Bears came in to week three, most football fans believed that the San Francisco 49ers were going to dominate them at Soldier Field. The Bears are not a skilled team and have a lot of talent problems.
However, with worsening weather conditions and a perfect performance from the Chicago Bears, they were able to pull off an upset win. They won their game by a final score of 19-10, thanks to some excellent play in the second half.
The game
In the first half, they didn’t do well in the all-important game against their opponents, but in the second half, they had a plan of attack and went on to win. The offense executed their strategy perfectly and delivered a decisive victory.
With a huge fourth quarter, Justin Fields was able to make some big throws which helped the Bears outscore the 49ers. The Bears were able to drive down the field just enough, put up points and win.

Fields completed 17 for 8 in the game. 2017 was certainly not his season, but it was enough to lead the Packers to victory when it really counted.
The Chicago Bears also had a strong defensive performance. Trey Lance and the 49ers offense only scored 10 points, with Eddie Jackson being one of the highlights for the Bears with his pick-six of the game.

When it came to predicting the Chicago Bears’ preseason win, Matt Eberflus made sure his team stayed disciplined and focused. The final score of this game was 3-0, giving him his first win as the head coach of the Bears. They were rewarded in difficult conditions by earning a hard victory over an elite team.

This is a chance for continued surprise wins to happen and with that, hope, optimism and belief in Chicago football fans will build again.

About San Francisco 49ers

From 1971 to 2014, they played their games during this period at Levi’s Stadium. In 1988, they moved out of Kezar Stadium into Santa Clara.
Soon after the 49ers were formed in 1946 the team won five Super Bowls between 1981 and 1994. The San Francisco 49ers have three rivals within their division: the Los Angeles Rams, the Arizona Cardinals, and the Seattle Seahawks. They also have rivalries with other teams that arose from post-season games in the past, most notably the Dallas Cowboys, New York Giants, and Green Bay Packers. They also share an intrastate rivalry with the L.A. Chargers (the two teams have played each other nearly every preseason, and every four years in the regular season, and also met in Super Bowl XXIX).
